How to register your teams?

Steps 1: Get the following 3 files ready before procced to the registration.

  1. Consent form
    • Please download the consent form.
    • Each student needs to submit a duly signed consent form.
  2. Registration details
    • Please download the registration file “RCSG2023_Registration.xls”.
    • Fill up the “RCSG2023_Registration.xls”. Students’ name, Mentors’ name and institution/organisation information will appear on all certificates. Kindly make sure they are all spelled correctly. As for the school/organisation name, it is highly recommended to use the full name instead of short abbreviations.
    • One RCSG2023_Registration file for each registration. An organisation can have multiple registration form.
    • One student can only take part in one league.
  3. Team photos
    • One team one photo. Please use team name as the photo file name

Step 2: Zip all photos, all signed consent forms, and the “RCSG2023_registration.xls” file. Make sure the file size is less than 100 MB. Only 1 zip file is allowed per registration

Step 3: Fill up the online registration form 

If you want to make changes to your submission, you can submit a new one that includes the revised or updated information.

Registration Fee Payment
  • Please indicate the registration fee payment mode in the “RCSG2023_Registration.xls”. The RoboCup Singapore office will contact you regarding the registration fee payment.
Cancellation Policy
  • Please confirm your participation before payment. The registration fee is not refundable.
  • Please direct all general questions and inquiries regarding payment via email to junior@robocupsg.org.
