How to register your teams?
Steps 1: Get the following 3 files ready before procced to the registration.
- Consent form
- Please download the consent form.
- Each student needs to submit a duly signed consent form.
- Registration details
- Please download the registration file “RCSG2023_Registration.xls”.
- Fill up the “RCSG2023_Registration.xls”. Students’ name, Mentors’ name and institution/organisation information will appear on all certificates. Kindly make sure they are all spelled correctly. As for the school/organisation name, it is highly recommended to use the full name instead of short abbreviations.
- One RCSG2023_Registration file for each registration. An organisation can have multiple registration form.
- One student can only take part in one league.
- Team photos
- One team one photo. Please use team name as the photo file name
Step 2: Zip all photos, all signed consent forms, and the “RCSG2023_registration.xls” file. Make sure the file size is less than 100 MB. Only 1 zip file is allowed per registration
Step 3: Fill up the online registration form
If you want to make changes to your submission, you can submit a new one that includes the revised or updated information.
Registration Fee Payment
- Please indicate the registration fee payment mode in the “RCSG2023_Registration.xls”. The RoboCup Singapore office will contact you regarding the registration fee payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Please confirm your participation before payment. The registration fee is not refundable.
